Waiting for a Wish

I did this ages ago, but for some reason it's been languishing within one of my many skecthbooks for several weeks without recognition. I actually drew this on the train on the way to the Japanese Embassy, I'll have you know, dear boy.

I need to get cracking on writing the plot drafts for this.
