Thursday Tea

Yes I know it's not a Thursday but I'M A REBEL AND I DO WHAT I LIKE

Just a quick little thing because I wanted to draw cuties in big chunky sweaters and I love these two so much <3 It's so hard drawing these guys out of uniform, I'm not very good at drawing them in casual clothes And I've managed to roll two headcanons into one here, huzzah character development!

The first headcanon is Iach's cardigan - I drew him in that cardie ages ago but since then I've come to learn that he likes to wear it /all the time/ and it's his favourite item of clothing ever. I'm still not sure where he got it from or whether it was a gift or something, but he loves it to bits - it's a really thick knitted cardigan with a soft inner lining and lovely big pockets and a chunky collar - and uses it kind of like a security blanket. He feels a lot safer and happier with it on, almost like it protects him from harm like it protects him from the cold.

The second headcanon is Thursdays - Iach will go round to see Aean after work pretty much every single day, either at her apartment or in her office if she's working late, for a cup of tea and a chat, but Thursday evenings are their evenings together. Both of them are crazy hard workers who do shedloads of overtime out of choice but neither of them will ever ever work late on a Thursday; instead they both go home, get out of their uniforms and go to each other's place (they take it in turns) for an evening of tea, cake and telling each other about their week, and maybe a film occasionally. (There's no cake here but Iach makes amazing cakes) But it's something they've done every week without fail for years, and it's the thing Iach looks forward to most every week. Aean is easily his closest friend ever and he loves her very much, and loves spending time with her - and Aean loves him too and likes to make sure he's doing okay on his own.
