Many of our conversations about my characters end up descending into madness... and she always ends up giving me way too many good ideas for drawings D: One such occasion ended up with her deciding that Fike should have a Chicago accent, which then made us think of Bugsy Malone (which we were both in two years ago)...prompting me to draw him as a gangster.
Just to point out, Fike doesn't have a Chicago accent. If he did I'd never be able to take him seriously again.
